Back in the early 2000s, I started a journey in technology creation that's lasted 20 years. Can we talk about and implement process without either getting bogged down in the minutia (wasting everybody's time) or turning into some kind of weird Process Police? I believe we can, and this is how I started believing that.

Locals is turning off their free accounts and I've decided that I'd rather go back to maintaining my own site than sign up for any more "free" services that end up changing the conditions of service later.
