Was reading an essay this morning suggesting a new way to teach Marines. I'm always interested in startups and combat, mainly because these are areas where people face the true unknown and these are also areas where mistakes can ruin (or end) lives.
This diagram, while applied to teaching Marines, might also be useful when thinking about teaching other folks, like software developers. It covers the spectrum we should be thinking about when training professionally and doesn't just narrow in on one particular topic.
